The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

John Brassil, trainer of Jamesmicheal lame (late withdrawal) - €200

312B Punchestown Annual Membership #95 H'dle

Patrick O.Brady, trainer of King Shabra, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his charge hung left in running and was subsequently found to have struck into a foreleg.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined King Shabra, trained by Patrick O.Brady, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have struck into his right fore leg mid tendon area during this race.

312C Connexus Communications Beg. S'chase

R.J. Jones, rider of Our Vinnie trained by C.Byrnes, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount finished lame.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Our Vinnie, trained by C.Byrnes, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be lame post race.

312D #10 Admission H'cap S'chase

The Stewards requested a report from M.F.Morris, trainer as to the apparent improvement in form of Tinakellylad, placed first, as compared with its recent form. M.F. Morris reported that his charge benefitted today from the application of blinkers and a change in riding tactics whereby he made the running. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the content of the report.

312G M'dn H'dle

The Stewards enquired into three separate incidents between the final bend and the winning post involving Is Love Alive (GB), ridden by M.P. Fogarty, placed fourth, Moreece, ridden by M.P. Burke, placed second, The Doorman, ridden by M.P. Walsh, placed third and Oscar's Passion, ridden by M.A. Enright, placed first. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards took no further action.

312H Racing Tomorrow (Pro-Am) INH Flat Race

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Littlegrace Lady at the request of the authorised representative of trainer Seamus Fahey, and reported the animal to be showing signs of being in season post race.
