The Stewards fined the following trainers in respect of their non-runners:-

J. S. Bolger, trainer of New Vocation (Late Withdrawal) - €200
J. S. Bolger, trainer of New Vocation (Off feed) - €200

183A Irish Stallion Farms EBF M'dn

The Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages of this race involving Golden Eye Diamond (GB), ridden by Adrian O'Shea, Rita Levi, ridden by C.T. Keane, and Rockview Spirit (GB) ridden by S. Foley, where it appeared that Golden Eye Diamond ran short of room and checked. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that any interference was accidental in nature and therefore took no further action.

E.J. McNamara, rider of Isle Of Innisfree (USA), trained by A.P.O'Brien, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount lost its action and eased up thereafter.

D.P. McDonogh, rider of Treasure Vale trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung right.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Isle Of Innisfree (USA), trained by A.P.O'Brien, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have pulled its left fore shoe in running and suffered an overreach.

183B Foran Equine Irish EBF (F) Auction M'dn

R.P. Downey, rider of Glamorous Power (GB) trained by Edward Lynam, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his saddle slipped in running.

183C Navan Members H'cap

S. Foley, rider of Kareva (GB) trained by Philip M. Byrne, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never came down the hill on the ground.

R.P. Downey, rider of Jenniechild trained by Peter Fahey, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount reared up leaving the stalls.

183F Emerald Facility Services Apprentice Hcp

The Stewards informed John James Feane, trainer that Lyfka (GB), would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

The Stewards enquired into possible interference inside the final furlong involving New Direction, ridden by G.M. Ryan, placed second and Nimitz, ridden by K.J. Leonard, placed first, where it appeared that interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judge's placings and took no further action.

183G Come Racing September 8th H'cap

D.P. McDonogh, rider of Rock On Rosie trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount didn't handle the ground.

The Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages of this race involving Misty Mountain (USA), ridden by K.J. Leonard, Rince Deireanach, ridden by K.J. Manning, and Paddytheirishman, ridden by C.D. Hayes, where it appeared that Paddytheirishman ran short of room and checked. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that any interference was accidental in nature and therefore took no further action.
