The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

D.K. Weld, trainer of Tandem (GB) (Off Feed) - €200

017A New Experience at Naas M'dn H'dle

The Stewards fined A.J. McNamara, trainer, €350 for failing to lodge a passport in respect of Aldawayfornothing, in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90. The Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Aldawayfornothing.

017B Limestone Lad H'dle

D.N. Russell, rider of Arcenfete trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount stopped quickly.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Duca De Thaix (FR), trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

017E Circle at Naas Racecourse H'cap H'dle

A.E. Lynch, rider of Champagne Pat trained by Jonathan Sweeney, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung right.

The Stewards interviewed Rachael Blackmore, rider of Randalls Ur Poet, concerning her use of the whip in latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found the rider in breach of Reg.10 3.(f) by using her whip with excessive frequency and having taken her clean record into account the Stewards cautioned her.

017F New Owners &Trainers Lounge Nov.Hcap Sch

The Stewards interviewed Rachael Blackmore, rider of Wishmoor, concerning her use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found the rider in breach of Reg.10 3. (f) by using her whip with excessive frequency and having taken her record into account suspended her for two race days.

The Stewards enquired into an incident on the turn for home involving Surf Instructor, ridden by P.T. Enright, Wishmoor, ridden by Rachael Blackmore, and Asitsohappens, ridden by J.J. Slevin, where it appeared Surf Instructor was forced to check on the inner. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were unable to apportion blame to any individual rider and took no further action.

017G Naas Rebrand (Pro-Am) INH Flat Race

Mr. J.M. Burke, rider of Darcis Boy trained by John M.Burke, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount staggered.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Darcis Boy, at the request of trainer, John M.Burke, and reported the animal to be post race normal.
