The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

J. S. Bolger, trainer of Gasta (Off Feed) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

R.P. Cleary rode Skiddadle (reserve) , trained by Aidan Anthony Howard (Race 1)

115A Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) M'dn

R.P. Cleary, rider of Skiddadle, trained by Aidan Anthony Howard, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran keen early on.

115B Owenstown Stud Stakes

C.T. Keane, rider of Reckless Endeavour trained by G.M.Lyons, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got upset in the stalls.

115C Coolmore War Command Rochestown Stks

The Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages involving Dali (USA), ridden by R.L. Moore, T For Tango, ridden by P.J. Smullen, and Mamba Noire (FR), ridden by S. Foley, where it appeared Dali (USA) suffered interference and had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards considered the interference to be accidental and they took no further action.
Mr. Neville O'Byrne, Chairman of the Acting Stewards, absented himself from this enquiry, Mr N.B. Wachman acted as Chairman.

A representative of Richard Fahey (in GB), trainer, reported to the Clerk of Scales that their charge, Simmy's Copshop (GB), lost a shoe in running.

The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages involving Sweet Sounds, ridden by C.T. Keane, placed third, Liberatio, ridden by S. Foley, placed fourth and Maximus Daia, ridden by J.A. Heffernan, unplaced, where it appeared Maximus Daia suffered interference. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the judges' placings and took no further action.

The Stewards requested a report from C. O'Donoghue, rider of Escape Clause, trained by Mrs John Harrington, as to the reason why he was late arriving at the start, thereby delaying the race. The rider reported that his mount was difficult going to post and began plunging down the sprint track, and this delayed him arriving at the start. Having considered the report, the Stewards took no further action.

115G Kildare Post & Kildare Now H'cap

The Stewards informed Ms. Sheila Lavery, trainer that Truffles, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.
