The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

J. S. Bolger, trainer of Wexford Land (declared in error) - €200.

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

R.P. Whelan rode Arcland (reserve), trained by H.Rogers (Race 6)

265B Irish Stallion Farms EBF (C & G) Mdn

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Eclipse Storm (GB), trained by J.A.Stack, was found to be a gelding which was not marked on the accompanying passport as required. Having considered the report, the Stewards fined the trainer €130 under the provisions of Rule 148(vi).

265D Family Fun Day September 30th M'dn

Under the provisions of Rule 90 (iv), the Stewards allowed Irregardless, trained by Donal Kinsella, to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the horse was correctly vaccinated in accordance with Rule 91.

265E Naas 'Golden Ticket' Nursery H'cap

R.P. Whelan, rider of Backpfeifengesicht (GB) trained by J.F. Levins, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was slowly away and never travelled as a result.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Backpfeifengesicht (GB), trained by J.F. Levins, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal, but was subsequently found to be sore following examination at a later stage.

265F Irish Stallion Farms EBF Median Auct Mdn

S. Foley, rider of Falcon Knight trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount met with interference in the straight.

The Stewards enquired into an incident about a furlong and a half from the winning post involving Egrecio (GB), ridden by D.P. McDonogh, placed fourth and Tosen Ciara, ridden by Y. Nonaka, unplaced, where it appeared Egrecio(GB) ran short of room on the rail. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that the incident was accidental and they took no further action.

The Stewards enquired into possible interference about 100 yards from the winning post involving Dumouriez, ridden by C.T. Keane, placed second, Egrecio (GB), ridden by D.P. McDonogh, placed fourth and Power Of Now, ridden by L.F. Roche, placed first, where it appeared Egrecio(GB) ran short of room and stumbled. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that the incident was accidental in nature, they therefore made no alteration to the Judge's placings and took no further action.
