The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

Paul Nolan, trainer of Solita (Off Feed) - €200

252A Kerry Group 3-Y-O H'dle

The Stewards fined Andrew Slattery, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Downtown Rebel (USA), in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards allowed the horse to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the vaccinations were in order.

M.A. Enright, rider of Machine Head (USA) trained by Eugene M. O'Sullivan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made a respiratory noise in-running.

252D Low Low Irish EBF (Mares) H'cap H'dle

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Open To The World trained by C.Roche was found to have grazed a left hind hock on post race examination.

The Stewards interviewed B.J. Foley, rider of Open To The World, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found the rider in breach of Reg. 10. 3. (g) (arm above shoulder) and (f) frequency and having taken his record into account suspended him for three race days and ordered that he attend RACE for one day's tuition in the correct use of the whip.

252F Kerry Group H'cap S'chase

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Jack The Wire, trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.
