The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

W.J.Austin, trainer of Emcon (Stone bruise, late withdrawal) - €200

344A David Fitzgerald -Take It Easee Mdn Hdle

D.E. Mullins, rider of River Run (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount never travelled and made mistakes throughout.

M.J. Ferris, rider of Royal Haslar trained by Ms.M.Flynn, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount lost a shoe and didn't act on today's going.

344B Goggin Buckley H'cap H'dle

D.G. Hogan, rider of Misdflight, trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount found little in the straight on today's ground.

344D Roches Feeds (Mares) M'dn H'dle

D.J. Mullins, rider of Silent Wish trained by John O'Callaghan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount whinied and hung after four furlongs and he pulled up.

The Stewards requested a report from John J. Walsh, trainer as to the apparent improvement in form of Marygale Bridge, placed first, as compared with its recent form. The trainer reported that this mare was significantly impeded by a faller two out at Thurles and stopped travelling thereafter. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the contents of the report.

Mrs.Mary C.O'Connor, trainer of Pearl Heart, reported to the Clerk of Scales that her charge was found to have lost a shoe on post race inspection.

John O'Callaghan, trainer of Silent Wish, reported to the Office of the Governing Bodies on 30th December that his charge was found to have twisted a muscle in her back post race.

344E BRC McMahon Reinforcements H'cap H'dle

D.J. Mullins, rider of Mackey Boy trained by Patrick Neville, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was never travelling and eventually pulled himself up.

344G Radisson Blu Hotel Rated Novice H'dle

K.C. Sexton, rider of Show Court, trained by D. K. Weld, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount jumped poorly and didn't appreciate today's testing going.
