039A Foxrock Cup H'dle

The Stewards requested a report from D.N. Russell, rider of I Shot The Sheriff, trained by A.J.Martin, concerning his riding in the straight. The rider reported that his instructions were to hold his charge up and deliver him late, it being his first run for 675 days. He added that his charge travelled well into the straight but his effort levelled off in the closing stages. Having viewed the recording and considered the report, the Stewards noted the explanation offered.

039C Coral.ie H'cap H'dle

D.J. Mullins, rider of Jimmy Two Times trained by B.R. Hamilton, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount jumped right.

039E TRI Equestrian H'cap S'chase

B.J. Cooper, rider of Net D'Ecosse (FR) trained by Noel Meade, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made a bad mistake at the third last fence.

039F Martinstown Opportunity H'cap S'chase

The Stewards received a report from Mr. P.W. Murtagh, Turf Club Clerk of the Scales, regarding the fact that J.P. O'Sullivan, rider of Minmore Oscar, weighed in at 1.4 lbs overweight. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that the rider was in breach of Rule 231 and having considered his record, cautioned him concerning his future responsibilities in this regard.

D.J. Hand, rider of Mr Goodenough trained by John F. Robinson, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung badly.

S.J. Crimin, rider of Moss Grove trained by Robert Tyner, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made a bad mistake and was pulled up.
