R. Walsh, rider of So Young (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount jumped slowly at the third and fourth last hurdles and got detached before staying on past beaten horses. .

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined So Young (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

039C Coral.ie H'cap H'dle

R. Walsh, rider of Beau Mome (FR) trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made a few mistakes and was pulled up.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Beau Mome (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be lame post race.

039D Irish Stallion Farms EBF Novice S'chase

The Stewards received a report from the Clerk of the Scales, Mr.Hugh Hynes, that M.P. Fogarty, rider of Fine Article,placed fifth, weighed in approximately 13 lbs overweight and Jack Kennedy, rider of I'm All You Need,placed second, weighed in approximately 13 lbs light. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned and also from Paul Nolan, trainer of both horses. The trainer stated that he inadvertently put the lead cloth on the wrong horse, having become distracted when saddling Fine Article, who was very fractious. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards disqualified I'm All You Need, in accordance with Rule 231 and fined the trainer €500, in accordance with Rule 36(iii).

039E TRI Equestrian H'cap S'chase

B.J. Geraghty, rider of Dressedtothenines trained by Edward P.Harty, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was struggling from half way and was pulled up.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Dressedtothenines, trained by Edward P.Harty, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

039F Martinstown Opportunity H'cap S'chase

A. Ring, rider of High Web trained by Anthony John Black, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount burst blood vessels in running.
