The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

A.P.O'Brien, trainer of North Wind (Off Feed) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

Mr. S. Cavanagh rode Fontainbleau, trained by S. Donohoe (Race 7)(Stewards' Permission)

146B Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) M'dn

The Stewards enquired into an incident during the loading procedure prior to this race where it appeared a horse was struck on the flank. Evidence was heard from the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Starter, Mr. J.R. Banahan, Starting Stalls Team Leader, Mr. M. Whyte, and Stalls Handler, Mr. E. Behan. Having viewed a recording of the incident and considered the evidence the Stewards referred the matter to the CEO of the IHRB for further investigation.

An Authorised Representative of Dermot Murphy, trainer of Love To Dream, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his charge was found to have a soft palate issue post race.

The Stewards informed Donal Kinsella, trainer that Droichead Atha, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

146C 'Paddy & Saoirse Casey' H'cap

J.A. Heffernan, rider of Palace Guard trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got no run in the straight.

146E Ballycorus Stakes

The Stewards enquired into an incident in the straight involving Ardhoomey, ridden by C.T. Keane, Smash Williams, ridden by K.J. Manning, and Full Moon, ridden by D. O'Brien, where it appeared Full Moon checked. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that the incident was caused by accidental interference and took no further action.

The Stewards informed A.P.O'Brien, trainer that St Patrick's Day (USA), would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

146F Leopardstown Ladies Golf Club H'cap

The Stewards informed Michael G. Kennedy, trainer that Touch Of Gold, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

The Stewards informed J.J.Lambe, trainer that Sang Tiger (GER), would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

The Stewards informed Ross O'Sullivan, trainer that Universal Focus (GER), would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

146G Leopardstown Members (Q.R.) M'dn

The Stewards interviewed S. Donohoe, trainer, concerning the failure to nominate a rider before the designated time for Fontainbleau in this race. Evidence was heard from the trainer who stated that he had intended to nominate Mr. H.D. Dunne for this race but that the rider had advised him at the last moment that he was in fact suspended for today's meeting. At that late stage it was too late to make other arrangements and time ran out to nominate another rider. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards allowed the nomination of Mr. S. Cavanagh at this stage and imposed a fine of €130 on the trainer for a breach of Rule 195 and Reg. 3.

The Stewards interviewed Mr. S. Cavanagh, rider of Fontainbleau, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found the rider in breach of Reg. 10. 3.(g) by using his whip with his arm above shoulder height and having taken his record into account cautioned him.
