The Stewards fined the following trainers in respect of their non-runners:-

P. Twomey, trainer of Ruler Of France (GB) (Off feed) - €200
M.Halford, trainer of Miss Snossyboots (Declared in error) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

P.J. Smullen replaced Anastasia O'Brien on Inescapable, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien (Race 4)(Injured)

183B Celtic Steps The Show Rated Race

The Stewards enquired into possible interference inside the two furlong marker involving St Gallen, ridden by S. Foley, placed second, Dinkum Diamond, ridden by K.J. Leonard, placed third, Markhan (USA), ridden by O.J. Orr, placed fifth, Secret Wizard, ridden by P.J. Smullen, placed first and Druids Cross, ridden by Anastasia O'Brien, a faller at this point. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned but Anastasia O'Brien was unavailable due to her injuries. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judge's placings and referred the matter to the Turf Club for further investigation.

The Stewards granted permission for this race to be started by flyaway tape.

183F Irish Stallion Farms EBF H'cap S'chase

D.J. McInerney, rider of Little Stevie (GB) trained by E. Bolger, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made a respiratory noise with a circuit to run.

M.A. Enright, rider of St Killenagh trained by R. K. Watson, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was pulled up having never travelled throughout this race.

The Stewards received a complaint from R.K. Watson, trainer, in relation to a drone being operated by an unidentified person and which made contact with his runner, St Killenagh which was being led around the parade by himself. He felt that there could have been serious consequences in this instance or if used at any stage throughout a racemeeting and would request that this matter be addressed as a matter of urgency. Having considered the complaint, the Stewards referred the matter to the CEO of the Turf Club for further investigation.
