The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

Denis Gerard Hogan, trainer of Atlas (Declared in error) - €200

185A Irish Stallion Farms EBF Race

The Stewards interviewed M.C. Hussey, rider of Hillwalker (GB), concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that M.C. Hussey was in breach of R10(3)(g) by using his whip with excessive frequency and R10(3)(i) by using his whip without allowing his mount at least three strides to respond. Having taken his previous record into consideration, the Stewards suspended M.C. Hussey for 1 raceday.

185C The International Hotel H'cap

S. Foley, rider of Minnie Haha (FR) trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung right in the closing stages of this race.

185D M.D. O'Shea's (Mares) M'dn H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Capture The Action, trained by James Joseph Mangan, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be distressed post race.

P.T. Enright, rider of Honey Come Home trained by P.M.J.Doyle, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount finished lame.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Honey Come Home, trained by P.M.J.Doyle, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be lame post race.

185F The Irish Examiner H'cap H'dle

The Stewards interviewed Mr M.J.M. O'Sullivan, rider of Touch Of Gold, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that Mr M.J.M O'Sullivan was in breach of R10(3)(g) by using his whip with excessive frequency and R10(3)(i) by using his whip without allowing his mount at least three strides to respond. Having taken his previous record into consideration, the Stewards cautioned Mr M.J.M O'Sullivan on this occasion.

B. Hayes, rider of Fintown Boy trained by Michael Winters, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made a bad mistake at the third last hurdle.

185G BetVictor (Mares) (Pro/Am) INH Flat Race

The Stewards enquired into possible interference when passing through a direction marker about two furlongs from the finish involving Celine Soprano, ridden by Mr W.T. Cronin, placed second and Glint In Her Eye, ridden by Mr R. Deegan, placed first, where it appeared that Glint In Her Eye attempted to duck off the course but during correction she collided with Celine Soprano. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judges placings and took no further action.

The Stewards interviewed Mr R. Deegan, rider of Glint In Her Eye, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were satisfied that at the time of the incident at the two furlong marker, Mr R. Deegan had used his whip for corrective purposes therefore the remaining hits with the whip did not breach any part of R10 and took no action .
