The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

H.D. Morgan replaced Rachael Blackmore on Judgement Day, trained by Henry de Bromhead (Race 4)(Injured).
R.M. Power replaced Rachael Blackmore on Put The Kettle On, trained by Henry de Bromhead (Race 5)(injured)
D.N. Russell replaced Rachael Blackmore on Mandarin Monarch, trained by Andrew McNamara (Race 2)(injured)
A. Ring replaced P.T. Enright on Shop Street, trained by P.T. Flavin (Race 3)(A. Ring)

113B Tote Supporting Kilbeggan H'cap H'dle

The Stewards interviewed C.J. Orr, rider of Bridge Native, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that C.J. Orr was in breach of Regulation 10.3 (f) in that he used his whip with excessive force and 10.3 (g) with excessive frequency. Having considered his record, the Stewards suspended C.J. Orr for 3 racedays and reminded him of his future responsibilities regarding the new whip rules.

113C Irish Farmers Journal M'dn H'dle

R.M. Power, rider of Fiveallin trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled.

R.P. Treacy, rider of Mister H trained by Seamus Fahey, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount stopped quickly.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined World Stage, trained by John James Feane, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have lost a left fore shoe in running but was otherwise post race normal.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Mister H, trained by Seamus Fahey, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

113D Noel O'Brien Memorial Novice H'dle

J.S. McGarvey, rider of Galilean trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Stewards' secretary that he used his whip down the shoulder in the forehand position for corrective purposes as his mount was hanging in the closing stages of this race.

113E Wright Windows Anniversary Beg. S'chase

The Stewards interviewed D.N. Russell, rider of From Eden (USA), concerning his use of the whip jumping the last fence of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards accepted that D.N. Russell used his whip for corrective purposes and they therefore took no further action.

113F Belvedere House Gardens H'cap S'chase

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Fenlon's Hill trained by Paul Stafford, following endoscopic examination by the racecourse veterinary officer, was found to have suffered exercise induced pulmonary haemorrhage.
