The Stewards fined the following trainers in respect of their non-runners:-

A.P.O'Brien, trainer of Blenheim Palace (Declared in Error) - €320
A.P.O'Brien, trainer of Gentile Bellini (GB) (Declared in Error) - €320
A.P.O'Brien, trainer of Macquarie (Declared in Error) - €320
Paul W. Flynn, trainer of Lunastar (Ground Conditions) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

D.W. O'Connor rode High Glory (FR) (reserve) , trained by J.F. Levins (Race 1)

294A Irish Stallion Farms EBF M'dn

C.T. Keane, rider of Piano Solo (FR), trained by K.J. Condon, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran very green early on.

294B Thomastown (Fillies) Median Auction M'dn

Under the provisions of Rule 90 (iii), the Stewards allowed Faerie Laws, trained by W. McCreery, to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the horse was correctly vaccinated in accordance with Rule 91.

J.A. Heffernan, rider of Rainbow Moonstone, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount travelled well early on and tired in the closing stages.

294C www.gowranpark.ie H'cap

R.P. Whelan, rider of Uluru Park trained by Brendan W.Duke, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount tired quickly in the closing stages.

294D Gowran Park Racing Club Nursery H'cap

Under the provisions of Rule 90 (iv), the Stewards allowed Elusive Fantasy, trained by A. Oliver, to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the horse was correctly vaccinated in accordance with Rule 91.

B.M. Coen, rider of Grace To Grace, trained by D.J. Bunyan, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount took a false step leaving the back straight.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Ozone, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Stewards requested a report from Noel Meade, trainer as to the apparent improvement in form of Harvest Bow, placed first, as compared with its recent form. Mr. Meade could offer no explanation other than his charge did not get the clearest of runs in her last race. Having considered the report, the Stewards noted the explanation offered.

294E(ii) Join Gowran Park Racing Club H'cap (Division Two)

A.J. Slattery, rider of Musical Jewel trained by Sarah Lynam, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount reared up leaving the stalls.

D.M. Melia, rider of Royal Alto, trained by V. T. O'Brien, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was slowly away from the stalls.

294F Racing Again November 24th M'dn

The Stewards interviewed J.A. Heffernan, rider of Aircraft Carrier, concerning his use of the whip in closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that J.A. Heffernan was in breach of Regulation 10.3 (f) in that he had used his whip with excessive frequency. Having taken his previous record into consideration, the Stewards cautioned J.A. Heffernan.

294G Gowran Park Golf Memberships 2019 H'cap

Under the provisions of Rule 90 (iii), the Stewards allowed Muhaafiz, trained by V. T. O'Brien, to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the horse was correctly vaccinated in accordance with Rule 91.

S. Foley, rider of Circling Moon trained by J.P. Murtagh, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got tight for room in the last furlong.
