The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

N.M. Crosse replaced A.J. Slattery on An Saighdiur, trained by Andrew Slattery (Race 5)(Unwell)
T.M. Madden replaced A.J. Slattery on Yo Tambien (GB), trained by John C. McConnell (Race 7)(Unwell)
M.A. Gallagher replaced A.J. Slattery on Phebes Dream, trained by John C. McConnell (Race 8)(Unwell)

310A Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) M'dn

J.A. Heffernan, rider of Flowering Peach trained by A.P.O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran flat.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Flowering Peach, trained by A.P.O'Brien, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages of this race involving Royal Canford, ridden by N.M. Crosse, Commodus, ridden by S.M. Crosse, Fine Fettle, ridden by D.P. McDonogh, and Cuban Surfer, ridden by K.J. Manning, where it appeared that Commodus and Royal Canford ran short of room and checked. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Evidence was heard from S.M. Crosse in the presence of Mr. P. O' Brien. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that K.J. Manning was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly, and having considered his previous record in this regard suspended him for 1 raceday.

N.M. Crosse, rider of Royal Canford trained by W. McCreery, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got no luck in running.

S.M. Crosse, rider of Commodus trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount received interference 1 furlong out.

R.P. Cleary, rider of Macken trained by Brendan W.Duke, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was hampered in the first furlong.

S. Foley, rider of Rue D'Antibes trained by John Joseph Murphy, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled on the ground.

310E Barna Recycling H'cap

N.M. Crosse, rider of An Saighdiur trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount checked in the last furlong.

T.P. Madden, rider of Procurator trained by T.J. O'Mara, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount checked in the last furlong.

The Stewards wished to interview Mr. P. Martin, trainer of Nailed on Nina, or his authorised representative, regarding the late arrival of his charge into the parade ring at 1450, with an off time of 1455. As Mr. Martin was not in attendance and did not have an authorised representative at this meeting, the Stewards referred the matter to the referrals committee.

310F John Mulholland Bookmakers H'cap

The Stewards informed Denis Gerard Hogan, trainer that Neatly Put (GB), would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

310G1 Reaneys of Galway Supporting NUIG H'cap

The Stewards fined K.J. Condon, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Cork Harbour, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Cork Harbour in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90 (iv).

N.M. Crosse, rider of An Saighdiur trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount checked in the last furlong.

D.E. Sheehy, rider of Harvey Specter trained by R.Donohoe, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount fly leapt out of the stalls.

The Stewards fined Patrick Tallis, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Realtog, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Realtog in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90 (iv).

310G2 Reaneys of Galway Supporting NUIG H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Aa Bee See (GB), trained by Niall Madden, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be lame on its left fore leg post race.

S. Foley, rider of Drayton Cross (FR) trained by Edward Lynam, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung badly left.
