The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

S.J. Mahon, trainer of Presenting Court (Declared in Error) - €200

D.J.Ryan, trainer of Call Of The Loon, reported to the Office of the Governing Bodies on Tuesday 19th September that his charge was found to have burst a blood vessel post race.

260C Deacy Gilligan Irish EBF (Mares) H'dle

The Stewards received a report from Mr. P.L. Malone, Turf Club Clerk of the Scales, regarding the fact that D.N. Russell, rider of Denham Sound (GB), weighed in at 1.1 lbs overweight. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that D.N. Russell was in breach of Rule 231 and they therefore cautioned the rider regarding his future responsibilities in this regard.

The Stewards received a report from Mr. P.L. Malone, Turf Club Clerk of the Scales, regarding the fact that R. Walsh, rider of Contingency (GB), weighed in at 1.2 lbs overweight. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that the rider was in breach of Rule 231 and they therefore cautioned the rider regarding his future responsibilities in this regard.

260F Colm Quinn BMW H'cap S'chase

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Rebel Turn, trained by W.J. Burke, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be distressed post race.

260G Irish Stall. Farms EBF (M) INH Flat Race

Miss K. Harrington, rider of Pocket Dial trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of Scales that her mount didn't travel down the hill.
