The Stewards fined the following trainers in respect of their non-runners:-

P.D. Deegan, trainer of Tasty Ginger (Off feed) - €200
Brendan W.Duke, trainer of Allinone (Declared in error) - €200
P.J.Prendergast, trainer of Pat Harkin (Going) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

A.J. Breslin rode Lomi's Law (reserve) , trained by Andrew Heffernan (Race 6)

131A Tattersalls Horse Trials Claiming Race

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Power Grid, trained by John James Feane, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have burst a blood vessel.

Gary Paul Halpin, rider of Power Grid trained by John James Feane, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount burst a blood vessel during this race.

131B Irish Stallion Farms EBF Auction M'dn

The Stewards enquired into an incident about two furlongs from the finish involving Mirdif (GB), ridden by K. Fallon, placed fourth, Les Arceaux, ridden by N.G. McCullagh, unplaced, What About Bob, ridden by M.C. Hussey, unplaced, Loveisallaroundyou, ridden by W.J. Lee, unplaced and Melisandre, ridden by C.T. Keane, unplaced, where it appeared that Melisandre caused a knock on effect of interference when manoeuvering out to deliver her challenge. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that the incident was caused by C.T. Keane riding carelessly and therefore cautioned him having taken his good previous record into consideration.

131F Jogforjockeys.ie Apprentice H'cap

Anastasia O'Brien, rider of Elusive Leona, trained by C.P.Donoghue, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that her mount fly leaped and lost her position when leading the field at the eight furlong marker.

W.T. Farrell, trainer of Worth Avenue, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his charge ran flat during this race

Michael G. Cleary, trainer of Sinndar Sandy, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his charge was found to be in season post race.

Mrs Denise Foster, trainer of Feruzzi, reported to the Clerk of Scales that her charge was in season.

W.T. Farrell, trainer of Worth Avenue, reported to the Office of the Governing Bodies that his charge was found to be in-season post race.

131G Fairyhouse Special Offers (Fillies) M'dn

The Stewards informed Mrs John Harrington, trainer that Cockney Wren (GB), would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.
