The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

M.A. Enright replaced R.M. Power on Alletrix, trained by Mrs John Harrington (Race 5)(Injured)

332C EasyFix H'cap S'chase

J.W. Kennedy, rider of Doctor Phoenix trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made a bad mistake down the back straight.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Gwencily Berbas (FR), trained by Alan Fleming, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

332D Irish Racing Yearbook M'dn H'dle

D.E. Splaine, rider of Isharah (USA) trained by Noel C. Kelly, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was hampered because of the fallers.

R.A. Doyle, rider of Sandstorming trained by Seamus Neville, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was hampered because of the fallers.

The Stewards interviewed Shane Crawley, trainer of Fiesta Forever, for having fitting a tongue tie to his charge in the parade ring,while not having declared a tongue tie. Evidence was heard from the trainer who explained the circumstances. Having considered the evidence the Stewards cautioned Mr. Crawley under Rule 194 (f) with regard to his responsibilities in the future.

332E Christmas Party Dec 16 Rated Novice Hdle

The Stewards interviewed Thomas Gibney, trainer of Penance, regarding the late arrival of the horse into the Parade Ring. Evidence was heard from the trainer who explained the circumstances surronding the late arrival and apologised for this. Having considered the evidence and taking his previous record into consideration the Stewards fined Mr. Gibney €250 under Rule 32 (ii) and reminded him of his future responsibilities in this regard.

332F Kettles Supp Fingal Ravens GAA Hcap Hdle

The Stewards wished to interview S.R.B. Crawford, trainer of Jimmy Breekie, regarding the late arrival of the horse into the Parade Ring. Mr. Crawford was not present nor was an authorised representative available. Accordingly the Stewards referred the matter to the Referrals Committee. .

332G KettlesHotelFingal Ravens(P-Am)Flat Race

The Stewards fined M.F.Morris, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Western Ruler, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards allowed the horse to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the vaccinations were in order.
