The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

W. McCreery, trainer of Soft Kiss (USA) (ground) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

N.G. McCullagh replaced C. O'Donoghue on Bella Figura, trained by Mrs John Harrington (Race 2)(Stewards permission)

127B Foran Equine Irish EBF Auction M'dn

D. O'Brien, rider of Band Of Outlaws, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran short of room in the straight.

Anastasia O'Brien, rider of Spirit Power (GB), trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that her mount ran around in the straight.

127C Fairyhouse For Fundraisers Med Auct M'dn

S.B. Kelly, rider of Heavy Artillery (GB) trained by M.D. O'Callaghan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran green.

127E Follow Us On Social Media H'cap

The Stewards enquired into an incident in the straight involving Likewise, ridden by R. Aguiar, and Imbucato (GB), ridden by P.J. Smullen. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that the incident was accidental and took no further action.

127F(ii) Jogforjockeys.ie Apprentice H'cap (Division Two)

R. Coakley, rider of Nicotina (GB) trained by Keith Henry Clarke, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled.

127G Fairyhouse Special Offers (Fillies) M'dn

The Stewards informed T.G.McCourt, trainer that Sally Gap, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

The Stewards received a report from the Clerk of the Scales, Mr.Liam Walsh, that G.M. Ryan, rider of Lady Shaana, weighed in 1.3lbs overweight. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned in the presence of Ger Flynn, representing the rider's master, J.S.Bolger . Having considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that the rider was in breach of Rule 231 and having considered his clean record, cautioned him concerning his future responsibilities in this regard.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Kiss Me Not, trained by A.P.O'Brien, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be clinically abnormal post race.
