Under the provisions of Rule 90, the Stewards allowed Some Day Jemima, trained by Liam P Cusack, to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the error identified in the certification of vaccinations would be corrected in accordance with Rule 91 within the timeframe specified.

Under the provisions of Rule 90, the Stewards allowed Ali's Girl, trained by Miss Tara Lee Cogan, to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the error identified in the certification of vaccinations would be corrected in accordance with Rule 91 within the timeframe specified.

R.P. Treacy, rider of Ali's Girl, trained by Miss Tara Lee Cogan, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount cut its tongue in running and made a noise.

008B BetVictor Irish Racing H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined La Sorelita (FR), trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

008C Fairyhouse Members 2019 H'cap H'dle

D.J. Mullins, rider of Kalum River trained by P.A.Fahy, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran too free.

008D BetVictor Dan Moore Memorial H'cap S'ch

A. Ring, rider of A Toi Phil (FR), trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount lost its action and pulled up.

008E John Lynch Memorial EBF Beg. S'chase

The Stewards requested a report from Joseph Patrick O'Brien, trainer as to the apparent improvement in form of Uisce Beatha, placed first, as compared with its recent form. Frank Berry, authorised representative for the trainer, reported that this horse did not jump well in the early stages last time out but could offer no other explanation for the improved form today. Having considered the evidence the Stewards noted the explanation offered.

008G Face Of BetVictor (Pro-Am) INH Flat Race

Under the provisions of Rule 90, the Stewards allowed Drumbaragh, trained by Nigel Carolan, to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the error identified in the certification of vaccinations would be corrected in accordance with Rule 91 within the timeframe specified.

The Stewards enquired into an incident before entering the straight involving Duca Di Milano, ridden by Mr P.W. Mullins, Tapenade, ridden by Mr J. Williams, and Drumbaragh, ridden by Gavin Peter Brouder, where it appeared Duca Di Milano collided with the running rail. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that the incident was caused by accidental interference. The Stewards however found Gavin Peter Brouder in breach of Rule 213 by failing to report that his mount hung badly throughout and having taken his record into account cautioned the rider.

Gavin Peter Brouder, rider of Drumbaragh, trained by Nigel Carolan, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries (in the course of an enquiry) that his mount hung throughout.
