The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages involving Burning Lake, ridden by D.W. O'Connor, placed first and Gold Jasmine, ridden by S. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that Burning Lake had caused interference to Gold Jasmine and in doing so had improved his finishing position. The Stewards therefore reversed the placings of the first two horses.

Second; Burning Lake,
Third; Han Solo (GB),
