The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

Adrian Paul Keatley, trainer of Carraroe Flyer (late withdrawal) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

Danny Grant rode Ermine Street (USA) (reserve) , trained by R. K. Watson (Race 7)
Robbie Dolan rode Seader (USA) (reserve) , trained by M.G.Quinn (Race 7)

301B Irish Stallion Farms EBF Med. Auct. M'dn

The Stewards informed J. S. Bolger, trainer that Dynamic Focus, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

301C Hibernia Steel H'cap

The Stewards interviewed L. Morris, rider of Shabra Emperor, concerning his use of the whip in this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that the rider was in breach of Regulation 10.3(g), in that he used the whip with his arm above shoulder height and having considered his record, suspended him for one race day.

F.M. Berry, rider of Reckless Lad trained by Patrick Martin, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left throughout.

W.J. Lee, rider of Downforce, trained by W. McCreery, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount changed his legs in the back straight and may not have acted on the surface.

301D Irish Stallion Farms EBF Cooley (F) Stks

F.M. Berry, rider of Back On Top, trained by David Wachman, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount hung left in running.

301E Big Bad Bob M'dn

D.P. Linehan, rider of Light Of The Moon, trained by Eugene M. O'Sullivan, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount missed the break.

301F Crowne Plaza Leading Jockey&Trainer Hcap

D.P. McDonogh, rider of Tom Dooley, trained by Michael Mulvany, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount had to check in the straight.

301G Irishinjuredjockeys.com H'cap

The Stewards interviewed R. Aguiar, rider of Swift Harry (GB), concerning his use of the whip in this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that the rider was in breach of Regulation 10.3(f), in that he used the whip with excessive frequency in the straight and Regulation 10.4 for failing to give his mount time to respond at the start of this race. Having considered his record the rider was suspended for two race days.
