The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

L.F. Roche replaced F. Lynch on The Nutcracker, trained by Thomas Gibney (Race 6)(Unwell)
R.P. Downey replaced F. Lynch on Regal Warrior, trained by J.J.Lambe (Race 7)(Unwell)

325B Crowne Plaza Hotel Race & Stay M'dn

F.M. Berry, rider of My My trained by John James Feane, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung right at the first bend and didn't move well thereafter.

C.R. King, rider of Inishmacateer, trained by Patrick Martin, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount hung badly left throughout.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined My My, at the request of trainer, John James Feane, and reported the animal to be post race normal.

D.J. Bunyan, trainer of Bob Win (GB), reported to the Office of the Governing Bodies on Monday 1st December that his charge has had a operation on his back for for a kissing spine since his last run.

S.M.Duffy, trainer of Roryslittlesister, reported to the Office of the Governing Bodies on Thursday 11th December that his charge has had a wind operation since this run.

325C Irish Stallion Farms EBF Med.Auct(F)M'dn

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Marol, trained by P.D. Deegan, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be coughing post race, possibly as a result of kickback, but otherwise post race normal.

325F Dundalk Stadium On Facebook H'cap

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Mr Lando (GB), trained by Tony Carroll (in GB), at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

325G Fund Raising Made Easy At Dundalk H'cap

The Stewards informed D.Broad, trainer that Little Stampy, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

The Stewards interviewed D. Fitzpatrick, rider of That's Ours (USA), concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that D. Fitzpatrick was in breach of Regulation 10 3.(g) by using his whip with the arm above shoulder height and having taken his record into account suspended him for one race day and referred him to RACE for one day's instruction in the correct use of the whip.
