The Stewards fined W.P.Browne, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Bibliotheca (JPN), in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Bibliotheca (JPN) in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90.

R.P. Whelan, rider of Lady De Vesci trained by M.Halford, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran a bit flat.

A.M. Glynn, rider of Machiavelli (GB) trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that a bandage came loose on his mount's leg inside the last furlong.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Lady De Vesci, trained by M.Halford, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

016B1 Dundalk Stadium Business Club H'cap

The Stewards fined S.J.Mahon, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of English Pale, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards ordered the withdrawal of English Pale in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90.

016B2 Dundalk Stadium Business Club H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Feisty Katerina, trained by Adrian Brendan Joyce, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

At the request of the Stewards, O.J. Orr, rider of Feisty Katerina, trained by Adrian Brendan Joyce, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount pulled hard in the early stages.

016D Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) M'dn

The Stewards enquired into possible interference close to the finishing line involving Altair, ridden by S.M. Crosse, placed first, Lovee Dovee (GB), ridden by J.A. Heffernan, placed fourth and Paris Duvet, ridden by T.P. Madden, placed second, where it appeared that Altair drifted left causing Lovee Dovee to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned, in the presence of Mr. D. Byrne accompanying S.M. Crosse. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judge's placings. The Stewards did, however, find S.M. Crosse to be in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly. Having considered his previous record in this regard, the Stewards suspended S.M. Crosse for one raceday.

N.M. Crosse, rider of Fiadhna trained by Madeleine Tylicki, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got no clear run up the straight.

S. Foley, rider of Libras Power trained by M.Halford, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran around in the straight.

016F Kennedys Bar & Restaurant Apprentice Mdn

The Stewards informed Madeleine Tylicki, trainer that Pacific Fleet (USA), would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

The Stewards enquired into an incident in the early stages of this race involving Al Batal (GB), ridden by M.P. O'Connor, Twenty Minutes (GB), ridden by D.W. O'Connor, Iseebreeze, ridden by N.M. Crosse, and Proud And Elated (FR), ridden by A.C. Persse, where it appeared that Al Batal ran short of room and checked. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned in the presence of Mr. D. Byrne accompanying A.C. Persse and M.P. O'Connor. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that D.W. O'Connor was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly, and having considered his previous record in this regard cautioned D.W. O' Connor and reminded him of his responsibilities in this regard.

A.J. Farragher, rider of Kris Black trained by Kieran P. Cotter, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made a noise in running.

016G Shabra Charity Foundation H'cap

G.P. Halpin, rider of Pedro De Styles (FR) trained by T.J. O'Mara, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled.
