The Stewards interviewed M.A. Gallagher, rider of St George's Head, concerning the fact that he appeared to move across before reaching the marker poles. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered evidence, the Stewards found the rider in breach of Rule 211 and having taken his record into account suspended him for 1 race day.

082D LMFM Dual Race Night H'cap

D.P. McDonogh, rider of Treasure Vale trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount lay on the side of the stalls and was slow to jump as a consequence.

John C. McConnell, trainer of Magi Gal, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his charge's saddle slipped forward in this race

082E L'lsle De France Take Away H'cap

B.M. Coen, rider of Lethal Endeavour (GB) trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount's saddle slipped.

The Stewards interviewed R.P. Whelan, rider of Lyrical Attraction, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found the rider in breach of Reg.10.3(g)(frequency) and having taken his record into account suspended him for 1 race day.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Fujimoto Flyer (JPN), trained by Emmet Mullins, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be clinically abnormal post race.

082F Crowne Plaza Dundalk Fillies M'dn

The Stewards interviewed W.J. Lee, rider of Arabeska, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found the rider in breach of Reg.10.3.(g)(frequency) and having taken his record into account cautioned him.

M.A. Gallagher, rider of Pretty Smart trained by Patrick Martin, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran a bit erratic down the back straight.

082G Fundraise At Dundalk Stadium H'cap

A.M. Glynn, rider of Burren View Lady trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount's saddle slipped sideways.
