C.P. Hoban, rider of Annesdale Dancer trained by Dermot Anthony McLoughlin, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left up the straight.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Red All Star trained by Gerard Keane was found to have blood on his right nostril post race. The trainer subsequently reported that on endoscopic examination this was found to be as a result of a nasal bleed.

The Stewards interviewed Siobhan Rutledge, rider of The Perch, concerning her use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found the rider in breach of Reg. 10.3 (b) and having taken her record into account suspended her for seven race days.
