The following trainer was fined €200 for the non-notification of a Veterinary Certificate in accordance with the provision of Rule 194(v) (vi):

At the request of the Stewards, G.F. Carroll, rider of Black Noah (GB), trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran too keen.

012B Quinnbet H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Duke Of Waspington, trained by P.J.F. Murphy, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Stewards interviewed Emma Sara Holden, rider of Easy Pass, concerning her use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found the rider in breach of Reg.10.3.(b) by using the whip when her chance was gone and having taken her record into consideration suspended the rider for one race day.

012D(i) BK Forklifts H'cap (Division One)

Anthony McCann, trainer of Tell Me, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his charge burst blood vessels.

At the request of the Stewards, D.E. Sheehy, rider of Suntory Times, trained by Sarah Lynam, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran flat. .

012D(ii) BK Forklifts H'cap (Division Two)

At the request of the Stewards, D.E. Sheehy, rider of Suntory Times, trained by Sarah Lynam, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran flat.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Suntory Times, trained by Sarah Lynam, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be distressed post race.

012E Mourne Windows & Doors H'cap

B.M. Coen, rider of Sheisdiesel (GB) trained by Noel Meade, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount's saddle slipped.

At the request of the Stewards, G.P. Halpin, rider of Massa Lubrense, trained by John Geoghegan, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount never travelled.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Georgian Bay, trained by Adrian McGuinness, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Massa Lubrense, trained by John Geoghegan, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

012F J Duffy Services Race

At the request of the Stewards, M.A. Gallagher, rider of Pass The Vino, trained by D.J. Bunyan, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount travelled well into the straight, changed legs and lost action.

P.A. Harnett, rider of Lavengro Lad trained by Andrew Slattery, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung right in the straight.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Pass The Vino, trained by D.J. Bunyan, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be lame right front post race.

012G Fast Shipping H'cap

T.P. Madden, rider of Hee Haw trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was slowly away.
