K.J. Leonard, rider of Enzani trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made a respiratory noise in running.

R.D. Dolan, rider of Tiger Moon, trained by Edmond Daniel Linehan, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount hung left throughout the race.

028C Big Bad Bob M'dn

W.M. Lordan, rider of Daisy Domergue (GB), trained by Edward Lynam, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was slowly away, ran green and stayed on in the straight.

028D Bet With Ladbrokes App Apprentice H'cap

C.J. McGovern, rider of Shabra Emperor trained by Anthony McCann, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount burst blood vessels in running(confirmed by Turf Club Veterinary surgeon).

A.J. Breslin, rider of My Princess Emma, trained by Noel G. Hynds, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount jumped awkwardly and missed the break.

The Stewards interviewed Gary Paul Halpin, rider of So Sensible, concerning his use of the whip in this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that the rider was in breach of Regulation 10.3(f) and 10.4, in that he used the whip with excessive force and frequency, while failing to give his mount time to respond and having taken into account his good record in this regard, suspended him for two race days.

028E Ladbrokes Fast-Track Qualifier Race

D.W. O'Connor, rider of Geological trained by Damian Joseph English, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung right in the straight.

028G Ladbrokes M'dn

The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the straight involving First Class Ticket (GB), ridden by K.P. Moriarty, placed second and The Mouse Doctor, ridden by K.J. Manning, placed first. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned in the presence of Ms. Sinead O'Sullivan who accompanied K.P.Moriarty in the Stewards room. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the judge's placings and took no further action. Mr. Philip Caffery, Acting Steward, absented himself from this enquiry.
