The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

Gordon Elliott, trainer of Baroque Style (Off feed) - €200

284A All Things Byerley M'dn H'dle

A.J. Fox, rider of Zagnzig trained by W J Bryson, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was pulled up as the saddle had slipped during this race.

284D Celebrating 330 Years Later Hcap S'chase

The Stewards interviewed M.P. Butler, rider of Admiral Bob, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that M.P. Butler was in breach of R10(3)(f) by using his whip with excessive frequency and consequently suspended him for 4 racedays having taken his previous record into consideration.

284E Captain Byerley Beginners S'chase

M.P. Butler, rider of Deadly Catch trained by P.J. Rothwell, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount slipped into the third last fence and unseated him.

M.P. Fogarty, rider of Drumhart trained by C.A.McBratney, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was pulled up after the saddle had slipped in running.
