The Stewards fined the following trainers in respect of their non-runners:-

Gillian Scott, trainer of Starting Monday (Transport difficulties) - €200.
Gillian Scott, trainer of Starting Monday (Late withdrawal) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

A.C. Persse rode Sao Paulo, trained by Michael Hourigan (Race 5)(reserve)
R.C. Colgan replaced James J. Doyle on Montepulciano (GB), trained by John Joseph Murphy (Race 3)(Stewards permission, intended mount a non runner)

327A Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) M'dn

O.J. Orr, rider of Disco Boots, trained by Peter Fahey, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran very flat possibly, as a result of running a few days ago.

327B The Irish Stallion Farms EBF M'dn

T.E. Whelan, rider of Shelly Banks, trained by Eamonn O'Connell, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount stopped quickly.

327C Irish Stallion Farms EBF M'dn

L.T. McAteer, rider of Captain Rock trained by Anthony Mullins, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran very keen.

327D Paddy Power Rewards Club M'dn

The Stewards interviewed O.J. Orr, rider of Ciel D'afrique, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that O.J. Orr was in breach of Regulation 10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his record, they cautioned him on this occasion.

S.P. Bird, rider of My Boy Zac trained by Liam McAteer, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was difficult to pull up when arriving at the start.

N.G. McCullagh, rider of Beckwith Place trained by Tracey Collins, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount suffered interference in the closing stages but was going backwards at the time.

The Stewards interviewed D.N. Curran, rider of Jensons Joy, after it appeared that he moved across before reaching the marker polls. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted that this was the case and stated that his mount had hung at this point in the race and in the closing stages. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that D.N. Curran was in breach of Rule 211 in that he had moved across before reaching the marker polls and having considered his record, they suspended him for 1 raceday. Furthermore, the Stewards were satisfied that D. N Curran was in breach of Rule 213 in that he had failed to report something which may have affected the performance of his mount and having considered his record in this regard, they cautioned him on this occasion

327G PaddyPower From Horses Mouth Podcast Hcp

James J. Doyle, rider of Fall For A Kiss trained by John Joseph Murphy, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount lost its action and was eased.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Fall For A Kiss, trained by John Joseph Murphy, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have lost the right hind shoe, but was otherwise post race normal.

S.T. McCullagh, rider of Broken Silence trained by Reginald Roberts, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount stopped quickly.

327H Paddy Power Home Of The Money Back M'dn

G.P. Brouder, rider of Mijul Angel trained by B.A.Murphy, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount made a noise in running.

The Stewards interviewed David Peter Dunne, trainer of All Class (FR), regarding the failure to present his charge in the parade ring prior to the start of this race, which subsequently led to the the withdrawal of All Class by order of the Stewards. Evidence was heard from the trainer concerned, who stated that he had received the saddle late, was stabled some distance from the parade ring and was operating on his own today and felt a combination of all these factors had significantly delayed him. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that David Peter Dunne was in breach of Rule 32(ii) and having considered his record, they cautioned him on this occasion.
