The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

K.R.Burke (in GB), trainer of Odeliz (unfit to travel) - €600. (Group 3 race)

239C Newstalk Supp. Irish Autism Action H'cap

The Stewards informed Patrick Martin, trainer that She's Not Simple, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

239D Irish Autism Dance Design (Fillies) Stks

The Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages involving Akira, ridden by N.G. McCullagh, placed fifth, Beyond Brilliance, ridden by Anastasia O'Brien, unplaced and Palace, ridden by J.P. O'Brien, unplaced, where it appeared Palace ran short of room and had to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that interference had taken place but deemed it to be accidental and therefore took no further action.

J.R. Barry, trainer of Akira, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his charge showed signs of being in season post race

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Palace, trained by A.P.O'Brien, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be clinically abnormal post race.

239E Derek O'Sullivan Memorial App'tice H'cap

The Stewards received a report from Mr I. Hamilton , Turf Club Clerk of the Scales, regarding the fact that J.M. Conneely , rider of Water Sprite , weighed in at 1.8 lbs overweight. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who stated that he had taken in fluids after weighing out. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that rider was in breach of Rule 231 and they therefore suspended him for 1 race day.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Sweet Refusal, trained by Michael Mulvany, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be clinically normal post race.

The Stewards informed Michael Mulvany, trainer that Sweet Refusal, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

239F Ir. Stal. Farms EBF Irish Cambridgeshire

The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages involving Burn The Boats, ridden by C.T. Keane, placed seventh, Vastonea, ridden by Gary Paul Halpin, placed second, Warbird (GB), ridden by S. Corby, unplaced, No Dominion, ridden by C.R. King, placed sixth and Hasanour (USA), ridden by S. Foley, placed third, where it appeared interference had taken place. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were satisfied that interference had taken place but deemed it to be accidental and therefore made no alteration to the Judge's placings and took no further action. Niall Madden, trainer, represented Michael Halford, trainer and master of S. Corby at this enquiry.

P.J. Smullen, rider of Defining Year, trained by D. K. Weld, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount lost it's action over a furlong out.

F. Lynch, rider of Muharrer (GB) trained by Michael Dods (in GB), reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount met with interference after a furlong.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Defining Year, trained by D. K. Weld, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal appeared to have struck into it self in running
