The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

M.D. O'Callaghan, trainer of Indian Tomahawk (GB) (Off feed) - €200

118A Killashee EBF (Fillies) M'dn

The Stewards informed Kevin Prendergast, trainer that Sufoof, would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

118B Cold Move EBF Marble Hill Stakes

E.J. McNamara, rider of State Of Emergency, trained by M.D. O'Callaghan, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was struck into in-running and was lame post race.

118C Weatherbys Ireland Greenlands Stakes

R.L. Moore, rider of Astaire, trained by Kevin Ryan (in GB), reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount hung right from three furlongs out.

T.Hogan, trainer of Gordon Lord Byron, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his charge scoped dirty post race

118D Tattersalls Irish 2,000 Guineas

The Stewards enquired into an incident at the furlong pole involving Gleneagles, ridden by R. L. Moore, Tombelaine (USA), ridden by P.J. Smullen, Endless Drama, ridden by Andrea Atzeni and Convergence, ridden by C. T. Keane, where it appeared Convergence ran short of room and was forced to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards accepted the explanations offered by the riders and took no further action.

118F Hanlon Concrete H'cap

The Stewards enquired into possible interference inside the final furlong involving Cradle Mountain, ridden by J.P. O'Brien, placed second, Marshall Jennings, ridden by C.P. Hoban, unplaced, Hot Sauce, ridden by C.R. King, placed third and Xebec (USA), ridden by D.P. McDonogh, unplaced, where it appeared Xebec (USA) was tightened from the outside and Marshall Jennings ran short of room on the rails and was forced to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judge's placings. They did, however, find C.R. King in breach of Rule 214 by riding carelessly and having taken his record into account suspended him for three race days.
Mr Philip Caffrey, Acting Steward, absented himself from this enquiry.

R.L. Moore, rider of King Of Aragon, trained by A.P.O'Brien, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was tight for room and forced to check in the early stages.
