220A Irish Stallion Farms EBF M'dn

Under the provisions of Rule 90 (iii), the Stewards allowed Duhallow Noelie, trained by Adrian Paul Keatley, to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the horse was correctly vaccinated in accordance with Rule 91.

220C Loder Irish EBF (Fillies) Race

Under the provisions of Rule 90 (iii), the Stewards allowed Lady Kaya, trained by Ms. Sheila Lavery, to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the horse was correctly vaccinated in accordance with Rule 91.

C.T. Keane, rider of Fulminate (GB) trained by G.M.Lyons, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was flat out.

220D Keeneland Phoenix Stakes

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Sergei Prokofiev (CAN), trained by A.P.O'Brien, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

220E Qatar Racing Phoenix Sprint Stakes

R.C. Colgan, rider of Mr Scarlet (GB) trained by Ms. Sheila Lavery, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount lost a shoe in running.

220F Derek O'Sullivan Mem. Apprentice H'cap

Under the provisions of Rule 90 (iii), the Stewards allowed Danz Gift, trained by Ms. Sheila Lavery, to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the horse was correctly vaccinated in accordance with Rule 91.

220G Sensational Kids H'cap

Under the provisions of Rule 90 (iii), the Stewards allowed Lethal Power, trained by J.P. Murtagh, to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the horse was correctly vaccinated in accordance with Rule 91.

The Stewards enquired into an incident in the straight involving Wild As The Wind, ridden by W.J. Lee, Medal Of Honour (GB), ridden by J.A. Heffernan and Scoil Naisiunta, ridden by K.J. Manning. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that the interference was accidental in nature and took no further action.

The Stewards enquired into an incident in the straight involving Lethal Power, ridden by C.D. Hayes, Bucky Larson, ridden by C.T. Keane and Ahlan Bil Zain (FR), ridden by C.P. Hoban, where it appeared Bucky Larson ran short of room and checked. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that C. D. Hayes was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly. Having taken his previous record into consideration, the Stewards suspended him for 1 raceday.
