The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

D. O'Brien replaced J.A. Heffernan on Gossamer Wings (USA), trained by A.P.O'Brien (Race 1)(Stewards' Permission)

107A Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) M'dn

W.J. Lee, rider of Lethal Promise trained by W. McCreery, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount missed the break at the start.

C.P. Hoban, rider of Sagittarian Wind (GB) trained by M.Halford, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount lost action after 2 furlongs.

107C Foran Equine Irish EBF Auction M'dn

The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages of this race involving Decisive Action, ridden by B.M. Coen, placed first, Urban Light, ridden by N.G. McCullagh, placed fifth and Engles Rock, ridden by C.D. Hayes, placed second, where it appeared that Decisive Action hung right on two occasions causing Urban Light and Engles Rock to check. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judge's placings. The Stewards were, however, of the opinion that B.M. Coen was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly. Having considered his previous record in this regard the Stewards suspended B.M. Coen for 3 racedays.

S. Foley, rider of Usra trained by K.J. Condon, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount struggled on the ground.

C.D. Hayes, rider of Engles Rock, trained by Mark Michael McNiff, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount got very badly hampered.

107D Curragh ''Where Champions Are Made'' Mdn

The Stewards fined Adrian McGuinness, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Beau Rocko, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards allowed the horse to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the vaccinations were in order.

107E Curragh Tickets Online Apprentice H'cap

The Stewards fined Gavin Cromwell, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Greenpanda, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards allowed the horse to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the vaccinations were in order.

Mrs Prunella Dobbs, trainer of Arbourfield, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that her charge raced without his off hind shoe.

S.T. McCullagh, rider of Spanish Dawn trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled.

107G Curragh 'Where Champions Are Made'' Hcap

The Stewards enquired into an incident in the closing stages of this race involving The Moore Factor, ridden by J.A. Heffernan, Muzbid, ridden by D.M. Redmond, Nothing To Lose, ridden by R.P. Downey, and St Gallen, ridden by C.T. Keane, where it appeared that interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that D.M. Redmond was in breach of Rule 214 in that he had ridden carelessly, and having considered his previous record in this regard suspended him for 2 racedays.

C.T. Keane, rider of St Gallen trained by John Joseph Murphy, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got turned sideways at the 2 furlong pole.

J.A. Heffernan, rider of The Moore Factor, trained by J.J.Lambe, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount got pushed out into the middle of the track in the closing stages.
