096A Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) H'cap

S. Foley, rider of Hunaina trained by M.Halford, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left and may not have acted on the going.

096C Foran Equine Irish EBF Auction M'dn

Anastasia O'Brien, rider of Spirit Power (GB), trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that her mount lost its action momentarily in the closing stages.

S. Foley, rider of Mamba Noire (FR) trained by K.J. Condon, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran green in the closing stages.

M.D. O'Callaghan, trainer of Summerseat Mist, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his charge was showing signs of being in season.

096D Fermoy Apprentice H'cap

The Stewards enquired into possible interference inside the final furlong involving Mademoiselle Penny, ridden by R.P. Downey, placed first, Alcander (FR), ridden by O.J. Orr, placed second and Jazz Ranger, ridden by D.E. Hogan, placed third. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the judge's placings, they were however of the opinion that R.P. Downey was in breach of Rule 214, in that he rode carelessly and having considered his clean record, cautioned him concerning his future responsibilities in this regard.

096E Mallow M'dn

The Stewards informed Edward Lynam, trainer that Courtois (USA), would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

K.J. Manning, rider of Constancio trained by J. S. Bolger, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran off the first bend.

096G Cork H'cap

C.P. Hoban, rider of Keep Believing, trained by Brian Nolan, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount did not act on the good to firm going.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Keep Believing, trained by Brian Nolan, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

096H Irish Stallion Farms EBF M'dn

The Stewards informed Denis W. Cullen, trainer that Surfside (GB), would have to be recertified before being declared to run from stalls again.

R.P. Whelan, rider of Killala, trained by P.J.Prendergast, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that he may have hit a ridge in the straight, causing his mount to loose its action.
