The Stewards fined Terence O'Brien, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Ballyadam Destiny (GB), in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Ballyadam Destiny (GB) in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Ainmisfearr trained by Gavin Cromwell was found to have blood at both nostrils possibly as a result of the fall.

Under the provisions of Rule 90, the Stewards allowed Dare To See, trained by W.J. Martin, to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the error identified in the certification of vaccinations would be corrected in accordance with Rule 91 within the timeframe specified.

R.M. Power, rider of Castlebrook trained by James Joseph Mangan, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was badly hampered three out.

C.D. Maxwell, rider of Angelic Moon trained by Sarah Dawson, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount stopped quickly down the back.

C.J. Orr, rider of Kellyiscool trained by C.Byrnes, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his saddle slipped and pulled up thereafter.

The Stewards interviewed C. Brassil, rider of Ball D'Arc (FR), concerning his use of the whip during this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that C. Brassil was in breach of Regulation 10.3(f) in that he had used his whip with excessive frequency. Having taken his previous record into consideration, the Stewards cautioned C. Brassil.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Ball D'Arc (FR), trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be lame behind post race.

The Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Kilbarry Calling trained by C. O'Keeffe as the animal had been vaccinated within the previous 7 days.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Glenabo Bridge trained by Oliver McKiernan was found to have blood at both nostrils possibly as a result of the fall.

Owning to a request from Broadcasters, the Stewards granted permission for this race to be delayed by 1 minute.

The Stewards interviewed Thomas P.O'Connor, trainer of Lilshane, concerning the conduct of this horse at the start, who refused to race. Having viewed a recording of the incident and considered the evidence, the Stewards in view of the horses past history referred the matter to the CEO of the IHRB for further investigation.

Miss S. Lynam, rider of The Dude Abides, trained by Ms Margaret Mullins, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that her mount gurgled.
