The Stewards fined Michael J. McDonagh, trainer, €350 for failing to lodge the passport in respect of Getaway Gold, in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90. The Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Getaway Gold.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Sometimes A Fox (GB), trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be blowing hard post race.

D.N. Russell, rider of Sometimes A Fox (GB), trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount got very tired.

P.T. Enright, rider of Turpin Tale (GB), trained by Robert Tyner, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount ran keen early on, met with interference at the second last and disappointed thereafter.

096B Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Mares) Mdn Hdl

P.T. Enright, rider of Oaks Empress trained by Eamon Courtney, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Azua Emery (FR), trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have evidence of bilateral nasal discharge, when examined post race.

The Stewards received a report from the Clerk of the Scales, Ms. Aveena O'Keeffe, regarding the failure of Gavin Peter Brouder, rider of Leap Dearg, placed fifth, to weigh in after this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, in the presence of J.A. Nash, trainer. Having considered the evidence, the Stewards disqualified Leap Derg from fifth place under the provisions of Rule 230. Furthermore, the Stewards were of the opinion that the rider was in breach of Rule 227 and having considered his clean record in this regard, they ordered that he forfeit his riding fee and cautioned him concerning his future responsibilities in this regard.

096D Mallow H'cap H'dle

D.G. Hogan, rider of Jack The Wire, trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was rode wide for better ground, wandered inwards when tiring in the closing stages and met with interference at the last when racing behind a faller.

The Stewards interviewed Mr E. Mahon, rider of Seskinane, concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that the rider was in breach of Regulation 10.3(g) in that he had used his whip with his arm above shoulder height. Having considered his previous record in this regard, the Stewards cautioned him.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Global Fert trained by Thomas Gibney was found to have blood on both nostrils having fallen.

J.J. Burke, rider of Inch Rise trained by W.J. Burke, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount stopped quickly.

096F Buy Online @ Corkracecourse.ie Hcap Hdle

Owing to the low lying Sun, the Stewards granted permission for hurdle number four, five and six to be omitted in this race.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Victoria Bay trained by Colin Bowe was found to have pulled the left fore shoe in running.

P.T. Enright, rider of Carrow Queen trained by V. T. O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount gurgled and was pulled up thereafter.

Sean Aherne, trainer of Nicole's Milan, reported to the Office of the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board that his charge has had a wind operation since his last run.

096G Ir. Stallion Farms EBF (M) INH Flat Race

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Roney trained by Paul Nolan was found to have pulled a right hind shoe in running.

Miss S. Ahern, rider of Final Witness, trained by John F.Robinson, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that her mount clipped a heel and unseated her.
