The Stewards fined the following trainers in respect of their non-runners:-

Ray Hackett, trainer of Roxys Holly (GB) (off feed) - €200
Gordon Elliott, trainer of Sunsetstorise (going) - €200
Gordon Elliott, trainer of Sunsetstorise (late withdrawal) - €320

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

K.J. Brouder replaced D.J. Hand on Baltimore Buzz, trained by G.T.Lynch (Race 3)(unwell)

300A RED MILLS Irish EBF (M) Auction Mdn Hdle

The Stewards fined Donal Coffey, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Family Business, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Family Business in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90 (iv).

Under the provisions of Rule 90 (iv), the Stewards allowed Whatucallher, trained by Edward P.Harty, to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the horse was correctly vaccinated in accordance with Rule 91.

300B I.N.H. Stallion Owners EBF Novice H'dle

The Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Jack Fiasco (GB), trained by Mrs John Harrington, for failing to lodge the passport in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90 (i).

300C www.corkracecourse.ie H'cap H'dle

The Stewards fined Thomas P.O'Connor, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Madaboy Cross, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Madaboy Cross in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90 (iv).

John E. Kiely, trainer of Definite Income, reported to the Office of the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board that his charge was found to be in season post race.

300D coopsuperstores.ie H'cap S'chase

Under the provisions of Rule 90 (iv), the Stewards allowed Our Dougal, trained by Henry de Bromhead, to run on receipt of the trainer's written assurance that the horse was correctly vaccinated in accordance with Rule 91.

The Stewards enquired into possible interference in the closing stages involving Penny Jane, ridden by D.F. O'Regan, placed first and Lakemilan, ridden by K.J. Brouder, placed second, where it appeared interference may have occurred. Evidence was heard from the riders concerned. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards made no alteration to the Judge's placings and took no further action other than to advise D.F. O'Regan to ride with more care in future.

A.E. Lynch, rider of Our Dougal trained by Henry de Bromhead, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount lost his action and was pulled up thereafter.

300E Irish Stallion Farms EBF Rated Nov. S'ch

S. O'Briain, rider of All's Quiet, trained by Adrian McGuinness, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount lost ground at the start, when another runner obstructed his mount from jumping off with the field.

The Stewards enquired into the course taken by Lilshane, trained by Thomas.P. O'Connor and ridden by K.J. Brouder, where it appeared Lilshane went off course momentarily after a fair start was affected, before rejoining the race having taken the wrong course. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned, who outlined the difficulties he encountered trying to get his mount to participate and accepted that he had mistakenly taken the wrong course. Having viewed a recording of the incident and considered the evidence, the Stewards disqualified Lilshane using their powers under the provisions of Rule 215 and reminded K.J. Brouder of his future responsibilities in this regard.

The Stewards interviewed Thomas P.O'Connor, trainer of Lilshane, concerning the behaviour of this horse who misbehaved at the start before unseating his rider after passing the stands near the stable yard. Having viewed a recording of both incidents and considered the evidence, the Stewards referred the matter to the Referrals Committee under Rule 14(iii).

300F 2019 Membership H'cap H'dle

P. Townend, rider of Padraic O Conaire trained by Mrs. Y. Dunleavy, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount ran flat.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Padraic O Conaire, trained by Mrs. Y. Dunleavy, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

300G Christmas Party (Pro-Am) INH Flat Race

The Stewards fined I.Madden, trainer, €350 for lodging a passport in respect of Scanimax, in which the vaccinations did not conform with the provisions of Rule 91. The Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Scanimax in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90 (iv).
