The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

David Peter Dunne, trainer of Colla Pier (going) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

P.D.Kennedy replaced K.M. Donoghue on Souphanouvan (FR), trained by Gordon Elliott (Race 2)(injured)
Andrew Ring replaced M.A. Enright on Ronava, trained by R.A. Cotter (Race 6)(injured)
P.E.Corbett replaced M.A. Enright on Alphabelle, trained by John W. Nicholson (Race 7)(injured)

338A Galtee 3-Y-O M'dn H'dle

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Tree Of Knowledge, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have lost a shoe in running and otherwise post race normal.

338B Charleville Cheese M'dn H'dle

Rachael Blackmore, rider of Autumn Showers trained by W.J. Burke, reported to the Clerk of Scales that her mount got very tired and was pulled up.

R. Loughran, rider of Oh'herewego trained by V. T. O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung badly left.

P.D.Kennedy, rider of Souphanouvan (FR) trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount went lame behind and was pulled up.

338C Kerry Group Stayers Novice H'dle

P. Townend, rider of Screaming Rose trained by W.P. Mullins, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled.

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer examined Screaming Rose, trained by W.P. Mullins, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

338D Kerry Group Hilly Way S'chase

J.W. Kennedy, rider of The Game Changer trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got very tired and was pulled up.

338E Kerry Group EBF (M) Nov. S'chase

The Turf Club Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Daisy's Gift trained by W.P. Mullins burst blood vessels.

The Stewards interviewed Mr M.J. Scallan, rider of Annamatopoeia, concerning his use of the whip in this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards were of the opinion that the rider was in breach of Regulation 10.3(f), in that he used the whip with excessive frequency and having considered his clean record, cautioned him concerning his future responsibilities in this regard.

338G Kerrymaid Novice H'cap H'dle

R. Loughran, rider of Just Go trained by V. T. O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount stopped quickly and was pulled up.
