The Stewards fined the following trainers in respect of their non-runners:-

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

A. J. Slattery rode Straffan (reserve), trained by B.P. Galvin (Race 8).
O. J. Orr replaced L.F. Roche on Caldwell (GB), trained by D. K. Weld (Race 3)(Stewards permission)
S. Foley replaced C.P. Hoban on Golddragon Reef, trained by Mrs John Harrington (Race 3)(Stewards permission)
S. Foley replaced T.P. Madden on Barrington Court, trained by Mrs John Harrington (Race 4)(Stewards permission)

The Stewards advised Thomas Cleary, trainer of Lady Alcazar, that a repeat performance from his charge, who refused to race, may render the animal liable to suspension.

R.P. Cleary, rider of Lady Alcazar trained by Thomas Cleary, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount refused to race.

220C Indaver H'cap

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Eshtiya, trained by D. K. Weld, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

220D Irish Stallion Farms EBF (Fillies) H'cap

Miss Amanda Mooney, trainer of Visionara (GB), reported to the Office of the Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board that her charge did not handle the ground.

220E1 Bluegrass Horse Feeds H'cap

The Stewards interviewed Karen Kenny, rider of Stamp Of Authority, concerning her use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found Karen Kenny in breach of Regulation 10.3.(g) excessive frequency and 10.3.(f) excessive force. Having considered Karen Kennys record in this regard the Stewards suspended Karen Kenny for four racedays.

220E2 Bluegrass Horse Feeds H'cap

R.P. Cleary, rider of Dont Quit trained by J.T.Gorman, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount lost its action two furlongs from home.

220F Drogheda Traders M'dn

C.D. Maxwell, rider of Peckham Springs trained by Paul Stafford, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount was very green.

At the request of the Stewards, O. J. Orr, rider of Caldwell (GB), trained by D. K. Weld, reported to the Stewards' Secretaries that his mount was green and hung right.

220G Bellewstown M'dn

P.A. Harnett, rider of Magic Charm trained by Miss Natalia Lupini, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount hung left in the straight.

The Stewards reviewed two incidents in the home straight where it appeared Here's Hoping, ridden by Sean Davis, and Hannon, ridden by Conor Orr, had to check slightly. Having viewed the recording of the race and spoken with the riders concerned the stewards decided that no further action was warranted.
