The Stewards fined the following trainer in respect of their non-runner:-

David Harry Kelly, trainer of Ghurba (Off Feed) - €200

The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

B.J. Geraghty replaced P.D. Kennedy on Jack Fiasco (GB), trained by Mrs John Harrington (Race 2)(Unwell).
B.J. Geraghty replaced R.M. Power on Ancient Sands, trained by John E. Kiely (Race 3)(Unwell)
M.A. Enright replaced R.M. Power on A Sizing Network (FR), trained by Mrs John Harrington (Race 6)(Unwell)

128A McHale Pro Glide Mower Range H'dle

J.W. Kennedy, rider of Vengeful (FR) trained by Gordon Elliott, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount lost its action and pulled up.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Housesofparliament trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien was found to have pulled its right hind shoe.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Another Cyclone trained by John Joseph Hanlon was found to have pulled its left fore shoe.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Vengeful (FR), trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have pulled its left hind shoe and to be lame on its left hind leg post race.

128B McHale F5500 Baler M'dn H'dle

A.E. Lynch, rider of Our Native Land trained by Barry T. Murphy, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount got kicked at the start and never travelled.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Paris Texas (FR), trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be blowing hard post race and to have lost a left fore shoe. Samples were taken for analysis.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Glan Y Gors trained by Alan Fleming was found to have pulled its right fore shoe post race.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Our Native Land, trained by Barry T. Murphy, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be lame behind and to have pulled its left fore shoe.

128C McHale Coranna H'cap H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Ibsen trained by Gordon Elliott was found to have pulled its left fore shoe.

128D McHale Centre Delivery Rake H'cap H'dle

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Pack Your Bags, trained by Robert Tyner, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be blowing hard post race and to have lost its left fore shoe and right hind shoe.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Oscar Madness trained by Terence O'Brien was found to be suffering from heat stress post race.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Stonehall Jack trained by D.E.Fitzgerald was found to have lost its right fore shoe post race.

The Stewards received a report from Ms. Nicola O'Connor, Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer, that Pitore, trained by I. Madden, was a gelding and not a colt. Having considered the report the Stewards imposed a fine of €130 on the trainer for a breach of Rule 148.

128E McHale Fusion 3 Plus Beginners S'chase

A.E. Lynch, rider of Glen Orchy Lad trained by John J Cullen, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount never travelled and pulled up.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Midnight Escape, trained by Gordon Elliott, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Ceide Fields (GB) trained by S.J.Mahon was found to have sustained trauma to his head and had blood on his left nostril as a result of a fall.

128F McHale Mayo National H'cap S'chase

S.W. Flanagan, rider of Net D'Ecosse (FR) trained by Noel Meade, reported to the Clerk of Scales that his mount lost its action and pulled up.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Net D'Ecosse (FR), trained by Noel Meade, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have a graze on his right hind fetlock and was slightly lame behind.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Sea Light, trained by C.Byrnes, at the request of the Stewards and reported the animal to have lost its left fore shoe.

The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer reported to the Stewards that Baily Moon trained by M.F.Morris was found to have lost its right hind shoe.

128G McHale Orbital BaleWrapper INH Flat Race

The Stewards interviewed Mr D.T. Kelly, rider of Russian Dancer, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found the rider in breach of Reg. 10.4 by failing to give his mount time to respond and having taken his record into account, suspended him for three race days.

The Stewards interviewed Mr H.D. Dunne, rider of Sole Pretender, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Stewards found the rider in breach of Reg. 10.3(f) and 10.4. and having taken his record into account suspended him for three race days.
